Start your Saturday off with some yoga flow and a few cute little friends!

Time: Arrive at 9:30am -10am to check in
Yoga starts: 10:30am - 11:30am
Goat cuddles: 11:30am - 12pm

Goat friends will be provided by Goat Shine Animal Therapy: https://www.goatshine.com/

Our fearless yoga instructor is Becca Marais: https://www.mokshaunited.com/

Helpful things to consider:

BYO mats and water bottles

We recommend bringing a bath towel to place on your mat in case the cute little goat hoofs get your mat dirty

We will be outside on our back patio
